A Realisation . . .

Trust breaks like a shrieking glass

If not handle with care;

One can’t be in the same class

When one starts to compare

Respect is the binding word

If lost once, can’t be found again;

Worst is the double standard

As it only leads to an excruciating pain

Act like an Oscar-winning actor

But don’t, if you don’t know how to act;

Sweet words may be sweet to ears

But the motive can be even bitter

Know the people in and out

That’s what one hears elders say;

At last, that’s the best thought

One can always adopt in one’s life way

And never wait for this realisation to come your way,

Because this world is full of chameleons in a human being shape!
