Talk about politics, they will surely vanish. This is the common scenario in every house. Young members of a family are never interested in politics. They think all the politicians are like their grandpas-old and boring. But the recent legislative elections changed the mindset of these young minds. UP youngest CM Akhilesh Yadav made this happen with his election to the topmost post.
Young leaders mean young minds with fresh ideas. They do away with archaic laws of their forefathers and come up with innovations. For instance, Akhilesh has this idea of demolishing park filled with statues into hospitals. Likewise, an IIM graduate went to her village and became a part of panchayat for the development of her village.
People mostly young voters lamented a lot when one of the young leaders lost to an old player of politics by a margin of some hundred votes. Young India now wants young leaders like Akhilesh to make India a better place to live in.
DU graduate Reema said, “Innovations come by default with young minds but with oldies, no innovation. New ideas to run the system would obviously bring a much needed change.”
With such a breeze of change, let’s hope 2014 Lok Sabha elections brings us more young turks to steer the system.
